Tantric Path Of Shiva
Meet The Team

Richard Sparham
Ricky Sparham is a storyteller, teacher, community weaver, and devoted explorer of what it means to be human together. For over fifteen years he has walked the tantric path, crediting it as the single most influential force in deepening his connection with his partner of over thirty years. For more than a decade he has also sat in men's circles of many forms, building life-enhancing friendships from vulnerability rather than armour. He has trained in shamanic practice across a lifetime of study, holds tantric temple spaces, and works with Non-Violent Communication. Alongside fifteen years in inner city London schools, he now runs workshops on supporting young people pushed to the edges of a system not built for them. He heads towards this gathering hungry for community, for questions worth sitting with, and for the honesty possible among men who trust each other enough to be seen.

Nicholas Hayes
Nicholas Hayes is a facilitator with over 12 years of experience in tantra, embodiment, consent, intimacy, and personal development.
His journey has included training with ISTA in New Zealand and Shakti Tantra in the UK, alongside years of holding space through men’s workshops, embodied practices, sound healing, meditation, and conscious movement.
Nicholas supports others in developing a deeper relationship with their bodies, emotions, boundaries, and inner truth. His approach combines tantric principles, honest conversation, embodied awareness, and the grounding qualities of sound to create spaces where men can slow down, feel, connect, and be witnessed without judgement.

Steve Pimm
Steve Pimm has been a therapist for over 30 years. He is a qualified physiotherapist and has a passion for working with people with traumatic brain injury, helping them to set up rehabilitation packages in their own homes.
He discovered Tantra in 2017 and since then, it has been the guiding force in his discovery of a spiritual dimension to life. In 2020/21, he attended a series of modules with a cohort of men and women looking at Tantra in its many forms. He is a deep believer in our innate human ability to transform our own lives, not by controlling the world but by looking within to create a positive loving approach to life and relationships.
He has worked an assistant teacher, holding Tantra courses for couples looking for guidance in Tantra both to enhance their lives and their relationships.
He has an interest in Sound (gong) healing and Kirtan Chanting and has started to learn the Mrydanga Drum.
He is now looking to transfer Tantric principles to the Men’s arena with the belief that these principles can be life changing, for men, by empowering them to break traditional societal pressures.
